While it makes some investors and real estate agents money, the explosion of Short Stay rentals is 'hollowing out' residential neighbourhoods and turning quiet streets into motel zones. We applaud Noosa Council's balanced approach to tackling what has become a world-wide problem in popular tourist areas like ours. Here, Deputy Mayor Frank Wilkie explains the changes.
